#23 Today I am thankful for the way when your house smells after make some yummy treats. Today I made some hot mushroom turnovers, which my mom would make this time of year while I was growing up. I was like a little kid watching cookies baking in the oven. I couldn't wait for them to come out so I could get a good taste. It tasted just like I remembered and made it really feel like Thanksgiving time.
Excuse me as I go cram some more in my mouth.

Yes, I agree. The yummy smells make the baking and the making all worth while. I love when Riley comes home and walks in and says it smells good in here. Glad you were getting a little taste of home today.
