Hooary for Nursery!

On the 4Th of April, Danielle turned 18 months. And you know what that means for me on Sundays from now on.....oh yeah, that would be nursery. I attempted to get a few shots of her to remember her first day, but atlas she didn't really cooperate with me but here are a few anyways. Danielle is totally my little comedian. She is always doing something crazy to make me shake my head and laugh.
She loves to hold my finger and walk, but she doesn't really walk, she skips. It is hilarious.

She loves shoes still and demands me to put her shoes on, even if she is wearing footie jammies. Trust me it looks funny, but it stops the crying.

She is a little charmer. At church yesterday she was smiling at the guy behind us and playing peek-a-boo. And I swear she just knows when to give that smile to make you laugh or to try and get herself out of trouble

She has gotten into hiding. When I tell her it is nap or bedtime she runs and hides under her crib. The first time she did it, I really had know idea where she was, but unfortunately for her, her loud breathing gave her away.

I have recently figured out why Danielle has been a little more crabby the last few weeks. My sweet little Lexi who now wakes up anywhere from 6:30-7:30, goes into Danielle's room and wakes her up. Then she will run in my room to tell me Danielle is awake. Little stinker! So now Lexi knows not to go in there and now with the extra hour of sleep, Danielle has been much sweeter the last few days.

About a week ago, Danielle was upset because of the before mentioned thing about being woken up way too early. She was walking around the house crying and nothing was making her happy, then there was silence. This is what I found.

She loves babies. The second she went to nursery the first thing she found was all of the babies they had.

I didn't get the best picture of Danielle, but I did get some really cute one of Lexi. I absolutely love this one.

I also had an first on Sunday. I got a calling in my ward. Are you ready for this one? I am still asking myself this question, but I am now the 3rd Counselor in the Relief Society. Yes, you read that right, the 3rd Counselor. Our ward has a big Relief Society and they felt that they wanted some more help. I am excited to be given the opportunity to get to know all the women and their families. I was telling some friends the other day that I hoped one day that I would be spiritually ready for a calling in the RS Presidency. Not that I necessarily wanted to ever be put there, but I just always admire the women who serve there and I just always have hoped that I could one day be as righteous as them. Now I am not saying that is me right now by any means, but I do believe that the Lord is now giving me the opportunity or as I see it, a little push to be what I hope to be someday. So I will let you know how it goes!

I can't believe how old your girls are! They are darling.
The first thing I noticed was Danielle sucking her fingers. Does she suck her first two fingers upside down? That's exactly how Camryn sucked (sucks) hers! Too funny.

That is awesome about the calling. And, really- you always were the third counselor in our presidency! You will be awesome.
