Thanksgiving Party with the Trevino's

We had an awesome Thanksgiving weekend! I would venture to say for me, it was one of the best ones ever! All of my family came to our house for some part of the weekend! Get ready for pictures, because I took a bunch...
Lexi and her cousin Joseph who will be 2 in a few weeks! They are about the same size but that didn't stop Lexi from bossing him around.

This is my sister Candice, her girls Emily and Hannah and her hubby Jared. (Joseph also belongs to them) They got to stay for about a week. It was so fun to see Lexi bond right away with her cousins that she only has seen a few times a year. They would run in her room and shut poor Joseph out and play for hours. Every once in awhile I would have to check on them, but for the most part they just played so well together.

Lexi loved tackling her uncle Bobby. (I think he liked it too)

Danielle loving on her Uncle Rudy.

Juliana didn't want to hold Lexi too much when she was a baby but I caught her loving with Danielle.

Lexi and cousin Ryan. This is funny to me because Ryan is the sweetest boy but Lexi always shys away from him, but I think he finally won her heart.

My babysitter Marissa who I wished lived close so I could have her watch the girls all the time for me.

Bobby getting tortured again...

Of course the first thing Aunt Mary did when she walked in was to grab this little baby! No surprise there!

We all enjoy some games. One of my family favs is pinochle.

Uncle William was sort of a surprise visitor. No one knew for sure that he was coming until they were here! We are so glad that he made it.

I had Johnny show the girls the rock wall to help burn off some of their energy.
Our sweet Grandma! We love her dearly and are so thankful for all that she has done for all of us over the years.

Lexi and Bobby doing some artwork
The kids wanted to play outside even though it was freezing. I didn't complain because it was a nice break from the loudness.

Lexi and Emery chowing down the turkey

Hannah and Emily too

Grandpa (my dad) and Danielle. He definitely has a sweet spot for little babies. No wonder he became a pediatrician.

Little Joseph being a boy and causing trouble!

Candyland! Anymore said there?

And by the end of the week...this describes how I feel.

I am so grateful for all of my family who traveled very far to come and be with us for Thanksgiving and the blessing of Danielle. I am grateful for a wonderful husband who allowed all of this chaos and who was such a good help. I am thankful for a capable body that I was able to successfully throw this shindig. I am thankful for all the sacrifice that many people have made for me over the years. And of course I am thankful for my Heavenly Father and my older brother Jesus Christ. Plus so many more blessing that would just take too long to write!

Looks like a lot of fun, I am so glad that everything went well. Danielle looks really cute in her dress.
