Rooms and more

It has been a couple of crazy busy weeks for us. A few weeks ago we went to the fair with the Trevino clan. Johnny and Lexi enjoyed some yummy fair food. I caught a bug so I wasn't up for the food, which is very disappointing for me because that is my favorite part. Johnny took Lexi to look at the animals and this was the only shot he could get out of her but she loved looking at the animals.
Grandpa has to take the girls on some rides so he rode the airplane with Lexi. She did much better than last year and I think we actually got some smiles out of her.
Grandma got to take her on the horses. She loved this one a lot better.
I am glad that they were willing to take her on the rides because I was so nauseous I would of left a nice surprise on the ride, but instead I left it in the parking lot. Which later led us to going to the ER about 2 in the morning. I didn't make my goal of staying out of the hospital this pregnancy but I made it pretty far. I felt much better after I got some good drugs, and I am very thankful for a good husband who took good care of me and still went to work the next day with only about 3 hours of sleep that night.
Labor day weekend I was not feeling up to our normal camping trip so instead we met up with Johnny's cousin Angela and her husband Juan and their son Colton. It was a great choice because the rest of the family got rained out of camp.
We had such a blast at their house and Lexi especially became very fond of Colton. She loved following him around and jumping on the tramp with him. He was so cute with her too and would be careful not to bounce her too much.

She liked to copy him when he would land on his tummy. She thought it was so funny and they did it a millions times.
One the last day we were there, Colton, whose mom is expecting, said "If we have a little girl like her then I am going to be really tired." I thought that was just too funny, I never thought my child could wear out a little boy but I guess she has more energy than I thought.
Thanks to Juan and Ang for feeding us, playing games and staying up way too late.

I also finally finished the girl's rooms. I am really excited how they turned out and I can't wait for Danielle to come so she can enjoy it too.
If she comes out a boy we are in trouble!

I rearranged Lexi's room too and made her some letters in her name.

I also have been wanting something new for our guest/girls bathroom but I didn't want it to be too kidish but still fun for them too. I was really excited on what I found. It worked out great!

My birthday also landed on Labor day this year. For my birthday we spent most of the day at home relaxing which is what I love to do. Later that night I was treated out to PF Changs with the rest of the Trevino clan. It was a perfect birthday and I enjoyed everything that I got and appreciate all who showed me love on my Birthday.
My mother in law got me a pedicure gift certificate for my birthday, and the funny thing is my to best friends Betsy and McKenize had planned to take me to do one for my birthday.
So today we enjoyed a little pampering, some shopping and a yummy lunch at my favorite Indian place. Thanks girls for being such awesome friends!!! I love you guys!

Not a great pic of me but you can see my big belly! Only 4 weeks til my due date! Yippie! Hopefully my next post, I will be holding her in my arms instead!

You look adorable Julie. I'm so glad that you got spoiled on your birthday. Love the girls' room. I want to know where you got those letters. So fun! Hang in there. These last few weeks will be tough, but soon that little girl will be here! Can't wait to meet her.

I'm so sad you got sick and had to make a trip to the hospital. You were so close to that goal!
The girls' rooms look great.
Speaking of looking great, tell Betsy how amazing she looks...how does she do that?
