My Missy Moo

I must say that my life would be pretty boring if I didn't have this little one to make me laugh everyday. It is always something with her. I thought before baby came I better write some fun things Lexi has been doing lately.
  • Her favorite Care Bear is Funshine Bear and he has to go everywhere. She will show him things and today she blamed that stinky diaper on him and made him lay down so he could get his bum bum changed. I was giving him a "bath" and she caught me putting him in the dryer and had a cow but now he looks brand new.
  • We are not aloud to sing or dance in the car or at home. She says' "stop mommy!" I mean I know I am not a Mariah Carey or anything but give me a break!
  • When she does want me to sing it has to be the popcorn popping song, tinkle (twinkle) star, spider (itsy bitsy) and clap the hands (if your happy and you know it)
  • She loves fish! We go to the pet store a lot and spend 99% of the time looking at the fish. I would like to get her one but I don't want to clean the bowl! Yuck!
  • She loves youtube.com I play her nursery rhythms for her. Then I don't have to sing them, but mind you I am still not aloud to sing along either
  • So loves movies. Her favorite is the "mouse one" (Ratatouille), but I sneak in the other Disney mouse movies for my sanity. Oh and of course we can't forget about any Care Bear movie. She also cries when they are over
  • She is talking like crazy and to new people too. I understand about 80% of what she says but some days I just wonder
  • She loves to eat PB&J sandwiches. She will eat one at breakfast, lunch, and dinner if I would let her.
  • She LOVES nursery! The other day we had stake conference and she was so mad that she didn't get to go to nursery. We had to walk her over there just to show her that no one was there. Half way through sacrament meeting yesterday, she was trying to go to nursery and was mad when we didn't take her, she is not a patient little girl! I don't know where she gets that lovely quality from???
  • She has started repeating prayers, which has been fun to see her improve her vocabulary
  • Johnny has to give her a zerburt as her kiss goodnight, and for me I get a kiss on my nose, then eyes, then head.
  • She talks a lot in third person

We sure love you Lexi!

She is such a fun little girl. She will be making a good big sister here in the next little while. I'm glad nursery is better and that she loves going. Morgan likes to go see his "buddies" as he says.

Lexi is an absolute doll. How fun that she is talking so much and you can understand her. That's great. I was just thinking that you are getting so close to having that baby. I was due Oct. 7th and Tyler came Sept. 28th. That's just around the corner. That sweet little baby will be here soon. Can't wait for Lexi to be an older sister! So exciting.
