We're Back!!!

It has been over a week and I am now just getting to posting about our wonderful Caribbean Cruise. We had so much fun and I am totally convinced that cruising is the way to go...that is to go without little kids. It was still great for them too but it would have been better without young ones. Lexi did great on the plane and on the boat! We made it on the boat without any trouble and shortly after we had our emergency drill. Lexi was a good sport with wearing her life jacket, but it got old fast.

This was us leaving Florida behind. It was so windy you can just see it on Lexi's face. We were walking back and Lexi was running but I don't think she was meaning to but the wind was just carrying her. I was afraid she was going to fly right off the boat. It was so funny watching her trying to keep up with what the wind was doing to her!

At certain times they had special things planned for certain age groups. This was one thing the girls did. You can see the water draining off...yeah that was my daughter dumping the buckets!

I love this picture of Emery! Our little Marilyn Monroe!

The first sun set we saw on the boat was amazing. Little did we know we would enjoy many more!
Inside the ship there is what I like to call the mall. They have some shops, a pizzeria, a bistro, a Ben and Jerry's and many more things. This huge tiger was outside one of the shops and every time we walked by we had to stop so Lexi could give her loves too it. I was sitting there and all these older couples would walk by and just oh and ah. Then one couple walked by and then came back and gestured, because I don't think they spoke a lick of English, to take a picture of her. Weird but hey I didn't see any harm in it, she is pretty cute!

The food, oh the food!!! If you have been on a cruise you know what I am talking about! It was amazing! All day long you can find something to eat! Dinner, let's talk about gourmet! There is definitely something for everyone. If you don't like it, you can get something else, so you are not afraid to go outside of the box! I even tried escargot! It was very yummy too! Our waiter was awesome. He name was Cosmine and he was from Romania. They were so awesome with making sure the girls got their food right away and that they were happy. He also would make animals out of the napkins to cheer them up on the harder nights. Here is just one of the awesome desserts they got. I almost rather have had what they had!

There was a pretty large arcade. Of course Johnny and I had to play dance dance revolution!

Lexi loved driving the racing ones. She wouldn't let me help steer but she didn't need any help because she somehow managed to win second place 2 times in a row! Amazing!
I just loved this pic!
This was the H2O zone. I took a picture from above to capture the size of it. Lexi absolutly loved it. They attempted to kick us out a few times because they have to be fully potty trained, so for the time she was in the pool she was! :)

This picture is so cute of my niece Emery!

She definitely knows that she is cute!

This was our first port at San Juan, Puerto Rico.
We explored an old fort. I thought this was an awesome picture of where they would have had a cannon placed.

We enjoyed our trip with Jamin, Emery, Debbi and John (who is taking this picture)
I don't remember what this one was about but it was pretty cool to look at!

Johnny said that this was a symbol of the eternities. I didn't see anything about what this was, but I still think it looks like some killing spikes that when you throw someone off the wall they get speared or something. Maybe I have seen one too many movies!

This was a statue of Christopher Columbus. This is one of the first places that were settled by the Spanish, and of course they couldn't have done it without good ol' Columbus. I would tell you more, but history was my worst subject in school!

Okay so I don't love this picture of me, but it was a great shot of our ship!So as you can see our first few days were awesome. So I don't lose my readers I thought I would post a few days at a time. (Beside the fact I have a ton of pictures to download and it takes forever!)

To be continued another day...

I'm SO jealous! I have always wanted to go on a cruise and it looks so fun and beautiful! I told Ryan that is our next trip- with no kids!

That ship is HUGE. I can't believe it. The picture of you guys in your life jackets is awesome. Good for Lexi being such a good sport. Love the sunset picture! So pretty!
