So now we are on day 4-5, and since I put the pictures on that way, I am going to tell you that way. One the fifth day we spent the day in St
Maartin. This was my favorite places for a few reasons!
#1 Great shopping. I got a great knock off purse. But the best thing I got was a wedding band! I know it has been four years but I finally got one. All joking aside there were streets of only jewelry stores! I have never seen so many diamonds in my life, and they are cheaper than the U.S. thus is why I got a band.
#2 They had a great beach. Here is me in my new lava lava wrap.

I swear that my child is half fish. She loves the water and is not afraid of it. She will keep walking even past here mouth if I would let her.

(side note about her swimsuit. A friend gave it to me but the bottoms were to stretched out so she went in her swim diaper instead)

Johnny was so good about swimming with her. Poor guy got thrown up on when she swallowed too much salt water! It didn't seem to bother Lexi as much as it did Johnny.
Day 4 at St Thomas
We hired a driver and took a tour around the island. He is some random pictures of some goats, but I thought it was fun to see the view that they had.

We drove up a steep mountain but it seriously only took maybe 15 minutes to get up there which was amazing!

This is a famous beach there. Unfortunately that wasn't part of the tour, but it sure looked beautiful.

This is a little shopping center they had on top of the mountain, and Lexi was keeping an eye on this pirate.

We also enjoyed a butterfly farm.

2 of Lexi's favorite things: flowers and Grandpa

I spent most of the time there trying to get a picture of this butterfly because it was just so beautiful. Though it is kinda hard to see it, I think the picture turned out really cool with all of the shadows.

Stayed tuned for more this week...

Julie, this looks like so much fun. I love all the beautiful scenery pictures. Jack said that Johnny said he had a blast. I'm glad you had so much fun. I've been looking forward to your update. I've missed having you around! The pictures of Lexi with her grandpa are just adorable.
I am so glad you are sharing your trip with us! It looks like a blast.
The pictures are beautiful! I would give anything to be relaxing on a sandy beach about now. All of the historical sights look really neat - I love learning about stuff like that. I'm glad you guys had so much fun, I like reading about all of the things you guys did.
That looks like a great trip. I'm glad that Debbi and John could join you. They are great and so much fun!
(Remember me from CW ward? Maybe?)

Oh, your trip looked absolutely fabulous! It looks like you had a blast. I'm so jealous---while you were enjoying absolute paradise, it was absolutely gray and frigid here!
The pictures are so pretty. I love your lava lava wrap, it is so cute. I am so glad you guys had a blast, I must admit that I am extremely jealous.
