Easter 2014

Easter Weekend was a whirlwind.  Johnny was still in full swing of soccer, I had extra kiddos and just all around I was just plum tuckered out.  We still managed to pull it together and had a great Easter Sunday.

The girls was so excited because they got some My little pony equestria girl dolls that they have been dying to have.  The Easter bunny came through this year.

Samantha got a little something too in her basket. She got some ears, a duckie and some binkies. 

This one just cracks me up.  Her face....I have no words for 

I just love this one because it shows how much Danielle loves Samantha and how they fight oftentimes about holding her.

We did a family Easter egg hunt after dinner.  Each kid had a color they had to find and those were the only ones they could get.  It allowed the men to hide the older kids eggs harder and everyone got the same number of eggs.  It was fun and made the hunt last a lot longer.  I think we might still be missing some.

We love deviled eggs at our house and it seems to be tradition to have some for easter dinner, but this Easter we had a big fail on eggs.  I spent at least 2 minutes per egg and for whatever reason they were not liking me.  After Johnny tired too we decide to throw in the towel and went without. You win some you lose some.
