Since we have 9am church we had to get up a lot earlier than normal so we can do a quick Easter egg hunt. The Easter Bunny did a good job of hiding the eggs in some silly spots.
Then when we came inside we found an egg with a clue to to help us find their baskets. Some of the clues included, the shower, Lexi's pantie chore, the piano and the baskets were hidden in the living room.
Some of the goodies in the baskets included PEZ, skittles, a Disney cd, bubbles, sidewalk chalk and some chocolate.
We did get some good shots of the girls before church in their Easter dresses.
Johnny and I had the opportunity to speak at church. Not to toot my own horn, but I got the most compliments I ever had after a talk. Here are the 2 greatest ones: from my 10 yr old neighbor boy "Mom I actually listened, that was a great talk" and from a friend "Were you nervous because you didn't seem like you were?" Those made my day. I read the story called Seminary Donuts. I heard this story 6 years ago and I have always remembered it. I thought it was a great story that relates to the Atonement. If you want to read this story here is the link http://gsterry13.tripod.com/stories/donuts.htm
Later that day we enjoyed dinner at the Perez's house. There was some great food as always and we had a super fun egg hunt.

Looks like a wonderful Easter. I LOVED that story. I've never heard it before. It's perfect to teach us a little bit of how Jesus suffered for each of us whether we accept it or not. Thanks for sharing that.
I love your coordinated outfits. You guys look great!
Cute pictures and I'm sure you did great on your talk.
