As a little girl I LOVED Sea World. It was usually my favorite thing when we went to California. So of course I wanted my kiddos to love it too. We first took them to a 4D show. You wear 3D glasses and the chair in front of you will blow air or water in your face according to the show. It was an Elmo show which they liked until they got wet and then it was all over from there.
We of course had to watch the Shamu show.
Lexi had begged me the day at the zoo to get cotton candy, and when I finally agreed I couldn't find any, so I had to get some at Sea World to make her happy. I think both girls enjoyed it.Then we enjoyed our first ride of the trip. The one of Johnny just makes me laugh.
Lexi loved anything she could climb or jump on. Daddy was a good sport and took her on the huge rope house.
My girls love carnival games. G-ma Debbi let the girls play this pick a duck one and then they got a prize according to the sticker on the bottom of the duck. Danielle for the life of her would not pick one. It was so funny because she was scared of these little ducks, which she loves and we have only 10 of them at our house.
One of my favorite parts of the park was the Arctic area. I loved the penguins, and there was a walrus that was feeding in the water. We could see it swimming and the girls were right at the window and it came right at Danielle and she totally freaked out. Wish I had a picture of her face to share.
The best show hands down was the sea lion show. Before it even began this guy was out there doing a little comedy act. He was hilarious. In the picture below he is lip singing to Grease and he is part Sandy and part John Travolta!
