Here is me at 15 weeks. I swear I was this big at about 20 with Lexi.
We are really hoping for a boy but a girl would be awesome too! So what do you think I am having? Place your vote on my blog. I should find out on May 12th!
It never seems to amaze how much you truly do forget about being pregnant. For example the itchy stomach because your skin is stretching, but I can truly say that I did not forget how sick I felt last time.
I wanted to share some of my differences between this baby and Lexi:
- This pregnancy believe it or not I would say that I have thrown up way more but luckily at some point in the day, I am able to keep stuff down where with Lexi once I start I can't stop.
- This baby doesn't move a lot yet. I have only felt him/her a few times. Lexi had the hiccups all the time so I felt her pretty early.
- I am a lot bigger sooner, but that is to be expected with #2.
- I actually am on a normal schedule for seeing the Dr. With Lexi I probably went every week or every other week until I was 18 weeks along.
- By this many weeks last time I had already went to the hospital 4 times to get rehydrated but zero this time. (I went once more at 20 weeks but I don't see that happening this time)
I must stay that I do not enjoy being pregnant, but I am so willing to go through it all for this little one.

That is so cool you get to find out on May 12th. That is the same day as my 1st doctor appointment. It would be fun for you guys to have a little boy, but a girl would be a good little friend for Lexi too. I'm so glad this pregnancy has been a little better for you with no hospital trips. You're a trooper!
I'm voting for another adorable girl who looks just like Lexi!
I put down boy. But I agree, it would be so fun to have another girl so close to Lexi. I'm so glad that you have been feeling so much better this time. I think you look great.
Congratulations! I hadn't heard yet. I'm glad you're feeling better than the first time around, which sounds like it was horrible!
My vote is boy as well just because I think it's so fun to get to experience both, but whatever it is will be great!
Congrats! That is exciting, and I have to say that I voted for a girl, cause 2 girls so close is fun! Chloe and Allie already play and laugh at each other, its so funny. You can have a boy next time! (like you get to decide or something)
I hope you stay feeling good. There's NOTHING worse than throwing up while having to take care of another child.
Congrats! Can I just say that I agree... I HATE PREGNANCY! I'm not pregnant, but in general.. hate it.
Again, congrats! I think another girl would be fun- just speaking from my experience that it's fun to have two little girls close together.
Julie!
I don't know if you remember me, but I use to work at Debbi's quilt shop and I loved chatting with you when you came into the store. Lexi is only a few months younger than our daughter Lilly and we are also expecting another at the end of September. We are hoping for a boy too and will find out this coming Wednesday. You look so cute all pregnant. Congratulations. It would be fun if our kids lived close so they could play.
Take Care,
Erica Anderson
Oh, I'm adding you to my blog list so I can keep track of you--I hope that's ok. :)
My vote is a boy! But, I'm not good at this stuff...I thought my last two kids were going to be boys and they were girls...so much for mother's intuition!
